We offer a comprehensive window cleaning service for commercial windows, which includes both interior and exterior cleaning, as well as frames and sills, at an average price of $10 per window. You can subscribe to our service and receive customized reminders based on your specific needs, whether it's weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or once a year.

Residential Services

Our residential window cleaning service is priced at a very reasonable rate average of $15 per window, which includes cleaning both the inside and outside of your windows, as well as the frames and sills. Please note that screens are priced separately. For specialized windows such as True Divided Lite (TDL) windows, there may an additional cost. The minimum charge for our residential window cleaning service is $150. ​

Gutter Cleaning

In order to provide you with accurate cost estimates, we need to conduct an inspection at your home. Our services are priced at around $1.50 per linear foot, but the cost may vary if downspouts are clogged. If you're interested in receiving cleaning services twice a month, we're happy to discuss a plan with you.
